Elise Design

Late last year I was lucky enough to model for designer Thu Nguyen of Elise Design for her 10th Anniversary Spring Party.

I was amongst many beautiful and talented women and it was such a fun night. Thu kindly gifted each model a dress at the end of the night. I fell in love with this 1940's style dress that I modelled on the night.

Elise Design uses the most beautiful fabric and the prints are so unique. The fit and fabric are both very comfortable. Another great feature that I love is pockets and the Eloise dress has two pockets at the front which even fits my phone. The matching belt is a great finishing touch too, I adore a matching belt.

This dress is definitely a favourite and so different to anything else I own. Be sure to check out many more wonderful designs on the website

  2. That is a gorgeous dress, and you look lovely in it. I really like the detailing on the lapels (not really lapels, I guess, but I don't know what else to call them) and on the pockets, with the white fabric and the covered buttons. The print is fabulous, and it looks like a really easy to wear style. I will have to check out this store sometime soon.

  4. What a great design! I love the pops of white and sharp lines - the latter really helps convey a serious mid-century vibe. You look as lovely as can be, dear gal!
