If there's ric-rac and pom pom trim on a dress you know I'm going to love it and of course I have a lot of love for this beautiful Hell Bunny dress! After having a bit of hair styling drama the other day due to weird weather I shoved a whole bunch of bobby pins in my hair after plaiting it, chucked in some flowers and made my way to the cactus garden, I thought it was going to rain, it looked like it but in the end it didn't even rain.
The Marianne Dress features a super full skirt which is perfect for twirling (as demonstrated above) with plenty of room to fit a petticoat under, I decided to pop one on this time though I am not one to wear petticoats often and the dress looks amazing with or without one. The dress also features adjustable straps, has pockets and a back zip. I swear this is a dress of happiness, I was the girl twirling around the cactus garden having a good laugh, a good dress that lifts your mood is always a good thing.
Wearing my usual size xs in Hell Bunny the fit is perfect, I decided to add one of my belts to draw more attention to my waist and to continue with the red accessory theme I had going on this particular day. This cotton dress is a summer dream and as usual Hell Bunny always continues to impress me with their gorgeous designs and beautiful prints.
I'm off to have some cheese and fruit before I continue working on my current sewing project. Have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteLove the setting for this dress, it has this desert vibe, Western and Mexican classic. Follower :)
ReplyDeleteFabulous look! The dress is absolutely amazing, and I love the way that you've styled it - the hair, the earrings, the heels. Very fun and festive!
ReplyDeleteAriba! What a cute dress, and I love the hair do as well, it really sets it off. I don't think I'll ever get tired of pom poms and ric rac! xx
ReplyDeleteThis is a dress that makes me sad to be pregnant this summer, for sure. I’m pondering trying to get it to work with a bump, but really not sure how it’s going to look!! I think the hair and accessories are great touches - the hair makes me think of Frida Kahlo for some reason and that’s no bad thing! x
ReplyDeleteThis is the CUTEST! And what a perfect spot for photos. Love the red accessories with it - what a fun summery dress!
