I blogged this wonderful dress in December (see here) and felt like it should make another appearance on the blog as it photographs so beautifully outside too.
Connie dress - c/o Voodoo Vixen
Shoes - Target
Back-Seam Stockings - Ebay
Hairscarf - eBay
I had Max take these photos before heading out for dinner. Even Kitty, made an appearance in this blog post. Whenever I walk out to the backyard, especially when hanging out the washing my cat loves to follow me and keep me company whilst doing her backyard patrol.
She doesn't look impressed and as excited as I do, she wanted me to finish taking photos because it was time for dinner and we all know that cats like their food on time.
Anyway, back to the dress! Again, I wear size small in Voodoo Vixen. I have found that the swing dresses have a bit of extra room and the wiggle dresses are more form fitting.
I previously reviewed it and have found as time goes on that the fabric is beautiful to wear in summer, it was a cooler this particular evening so I had to show just how cute this dress is with back-seams. I can't wait to wear stockings again during Autumn and Winter.
But until then I have plenty more summer outfits to share with you. I'm hopefully heading out to the beach tomorrow afternoon in one of my favourite playsuit sets!
Make sure you follow Voodoo Vixen on Facebook and Instagram, their new collection it amazing! Or check out their website.

ReplyDeleteI love everything about this dress. It suits you perfectly - and you are right about the seams. Great headscarf too! Kx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful dress, I love the print and the cut-out details. Your cat is so cute! So nice of her to sit still for a photo!
ReplyDeleteCharmingly lovely dress, photos and kitty - more than six years after bringing her home, I still haven't managed a shoot with my camera shy (indoor) kitty. Maybe one day - but I'm not holding my breath. At least I've gotten some lovely solo shots of her over the years. :)
